When Will My Order Arrive? - Due to the nature of custom order, it takes in between 3 - 7 days to make custom made items. (Production time and Delivery time not included weekends) . For International shipping, it will take in between 10 - 20 days (Depending on the country you live in)
We cannot guarantee a certain day at which the package is to arrive, so please order accordingly to the time frame suggested above if you plan to send it as a gift.
Will The Item Arrive In A Package? - Yes, it will. If there is no package, then it will arrive damaged to your recipient!
What Type Of Message Can I Send? - We allow all kinds of fun messages! We also allow profanity. However, we do not allow hateful, harmful, or threatening messages and we will not process orders with messages that have wording like this. In this instance, we will either cancel your order or ask you to change your message.
What Type of Image Can I Customize? - We allow all kinds of images as long as it does not scare or harass or posses any hateful, harmful or threatening message to the recipient.
Can you do Humans or Travel photos then? - How can we say no? We started of with the idea of customisation for our furry friends but we do allow hoomans or travel memories too!
Can I Edit My Message/Uploaded Picture, Even If I've Already Placed My Order? - Yes! If we have not already shipped your order, please email us as soon as you can and let us know of the change in the message or picture and we will edit it for you.
Do you ship anywhere? - Yes! We do ship internationally and it's a great idea where you can send customized item to your friends around the world to show them how much you cared about them.
Do you do proofs prior to shipment? - Yes we do! After purchase, we will email you a proof before printing. You’ll have full control until the art is done and approved.
Where Is My Order Confirmation? - All customers get an automatic email sent to the email entered on the order that reflects the details of your order. If you did not get the email, please make sure that we are on your email's "safelist" and that the emails are not going into your SPAM folder.
How Can I Track My Order? - All orders include a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive, once the order has shipped.
Whose Shipping Address and Email Do I Enter At Checkout? - Please enter the RECIPIENT'S shipping address, so that the gift can go to them (Unless you are sending the gift to yourself!) Enter YOUR email on shipping information. If you enter the recipient's email in the shipping information, then they will get the order confirmation email and know that you are sending them the pillow. You don't want to ruin the surprise!
How Do I Start to Place My Order? - Upload your image on the product page and add the item to your cart! Then finish completing the order. Remember to enter YOUR email and the RECIPIENT'S shipping address.
